Aclaim, in completing the work to our bedroom
floor and ceiling ontime and within
budget was very impressive, as was the
co-operation between yourself and other members
of your group. The house repair indusrty has
attracted a very undesirable reputation and we
are very grateful that at no time did we feel
that your organisation deserved anything other
than praise and credit.

Your staff had
a very difficult contract to carry out in a
timescale in which I did not think for minute
could be done! I apoligise for this. The kitchen
area that was worked in overnight was left in
immaculate condition ready for state of play
this morning
The day shift manager told me your guys where
sitting drinking tea at six this morning! If I
had been opening up today and seen the
excellence not with just the
workmanship the cleaning plays a big part
with a job like this, they would all have
been drinking something a little bit stronger. I
take my hat off to you and your staff please
pass the cans of beer onto your guys to say a
big thank you.
