Companies Using Online quotes

Any companies found using the Online qoutation form without first contacting us directly on 01329 513594 will be charged for this service. Emails and i.p.a numbers are logged everytime an email is sent to us. A charge of £25.00 per quote will be issued.

Insurance Work

All insurance work is undertaken on the understanding that when the work has been completed your insuarnce details A Claim number/ refrence Number and insurance company name is released when the relivant paper work has been signed to by you

Insurance Work Payments

All money owed to Aclaim must be paid whithin a realistic timescale a maxium of Seven days. When the seven day limit is up a phone call is made to you as a client to arrange for payment to be collected, you are then given two days before collection.

Private Homes/Business

Payment is invoiced at a weekly rate for the amount of work that is carried out to your property in that week.

If a room is not completely finished off you will not be chaged until the following week for that room plus any other work completed.

Aclaims weeks are strictly Monday to Friday

Money not paid at the end of that week will be charged intrest at a daily rate in line with inflation.

Item Removal 

All items of furniture are to be removed from a room when big projects are to be carried out. Any items of furniture that have not been removed from the area will incurr in a removal charge of £5.00 per item this does include small items and things left on the floor. If there are more than twenty objects found to be left in the room work will not be carried out and loss of earnings will still be billed to you of £160.00 per day on top of  the previous quote given to you.

Aclaim will return the next day to carry out the previous days work as long as items have been removed if they have not been removed you will be billed for a loss of earnings @ £160.00 per day.

If you agree with your represensitive that he/she will wait until You have moved them. A charge of £2.00 per minute will be charged.

Landlords

It is your responsibilty to make sure your clients have complied with the section above (item removal) If this has not been carried out you will be held responsible and billed as (item removal)

The above includes returning to a property and carrying out snagging work.

If the items have not been cleared out of the rooms a call will be made to you to discuss how you wish to proceed with the work. After the telephone call has ended you will be charged as per (Item removal)

NO exceptions or excuses will be excepted.

Cancelling Work

Once you have agreed and signed the relivant paperwork for aclaim to carry out the work on your property you are entering a contract with us:

Any work that has to be cancelled for unforseen cirmcanses may be carried as long as you confirm a new appointment with aclaim whithin 5 days of the first cancellation date

Any work that is cancelled whithin 48 hours of our arrival must arrange an appointment with Aclaim whithin 24 hours of the cancellation time. Failing to do this will incurr a charge of loss of earnings for as many days the job has been booked for.

If our staff arrive at your premises and you have gone out or forgot the appointment you will be billed for los of earnings per person for that day on top of the existing quote
